When you are comparing and ordering rational numbers you might need to put it one a number line, so this is how it might look.
ON a number line, when a number is in the negatives then the number that is closest to 0 is the bigger number. BUT ONLY IN THE NEGATIVES!

Adding, Subtracting, Dividing, and Multiplying Rational Numbers
When you are dividing negative fractions then you will have to Keep Switch Flip. That means that you will have to Keep the first number, Switch the symbol, and Flip the numbers around from top to bottom and bottom to top on the fraction.
